Most recently conducted at a 130 apartments scheme in Dublin 8. Representatives of this development engaged PropServe to provide a review of the best Service Charge structures to be deployed in the Management of the development. PropServe advised a Service Charge model including budgetary measures to provide for fair and equitable distribution of service costs.
This formed the basis of subsequent legal structures thus allowing the benefits of experienced property management practice to inform legal structures for Service Charge provision.

Service Charge Advisory
X-Tech are American IT Services Specialists, In 2013 X-Tech began a property search for their European Head Quarters. This led to them approaching PropServe for advice on both their location, fit out needs and lease terms. A chief concern of X-Tech was a clear understanding of Irish Service Charge operations.
